An articulated dragonfly: the body and each wing are cut into flat segments joined by print-in-place hinges, so it flexes in the hand and settles back flat when you set it down. It prints as one piece with no supports, 4" across by 2.7".
Design by Tybob24

A cube of eight hinged blocks that folds in on itself: twist it one way and it turns inside out, fold it the other and it closes back into a cube, which is the whole trick and the reason one stays on a desk. It prints as a single piece with its hinges already in place, in two sizes, and needs no supports or assembly.
Design by Print3DFamily

A crocodile printed as a chain of flexing segments - ridged back, four stubby legs and a tail that swings - so it wriggles and curls in your hand. 4.0" long, printed in one piece.

A slug that ripples: the body is a chain of segments under a soft brim, so it flows through your fingers and settles into a curl. About 3.0" curled, printed in one piece with no supports. Enlarged and remixed by yusuffles from matveymoo's "Curled up Friendly Slug", and sold under the same share-alike licence.

A monster printed as a chain of flexing segments - horns, a ridge of spines down its back and a tail that curls - so it stands up, slumps and wriggles. 3.9" tall, printed in one piece with no supports, in one colour or three.
Design by TinkerLink

One small fox, about 1.7" tall and 1.9" long, head up with its thick tail curled along its side. The designer's plate carries twenty-five copies of this fox, and the listing is for ONE of them - add as many as you want. The plate prints in one go with no supports and no AMS, which is what it was built for.

A bowl for rinsing rice: the water swirls through the grain and pours off the side while the rice stays put, so you stop losing half of it down the sink. Two sizes - 6.9" across and a smaller 4.8" - each printed in one piece, with the drain holes and the pouring lip part of the bowl.
Design by ValeraPerinski

A bowl that looks coiled from rope, printed as one piece with the turns modelled into the wall. 5" across and 1.7" deep, with a flat base so it sits still - a fruit bowl or a key dish.

A tall fluted vase, 209 mm high and 79 mm across, printed in vase mode with a single wall so a light behind it shows the ribs. The designer also publishes a two-wall profile if you want it to hold water - say so when ordering and the shop will run that one instead. Designed by Ian and printed under Creative Commons Attribution-NoDerivatives 4.0 (CC BY-ND 4.0), unchanged as published.

A pencil holder wearing a puffer jacket: quilted panels all round, with a zip, a collar and sleeves running up the sides. It holds pens, pencils, markers, brushes or small tools, and it is sturdy enough to be knocked about a desk. About two hours of printing, and the quilted panels take filament colours well - solid winter colours, pastels, or something loud.

A tiny dragon printed as a chain of flexing segments, detailed all down its back and small enough to sit in two fingers. 3.0" long and only a few grams of plastic, printed in one piece.

A lid that snaps onto a standard can and seals it up again between sips, and doubles as an opener when you slip it over the tab and tilt. It is the wider, support-free version, and it fits both the slim and the fat cans the designer built it around - European 202 cans, so if yours is a different can it is worth a quick measure. Light sanding on the slots is the only finishing it asks for.
Design by MakerShed
$3.72Was $6.88
An angled, ribbed plant pot for a windowsill, with a drip tray that stands it clear of its own water. The pot tapers up from a 45-degree base and drops into a tray with a hollow reservoir, so what drains out sits below the base instead of wicking back up into the soil, and the tray lifts off to empty. The floor has a 2.5 mm centre hole, a ring of six, and a ring of twelve at the outer edge. Forty-eight round bead ribs run up the angle and on to the rim, so the pot has something to grip and looks alive in daylight. Three sizes, each one as wide as it is tall: 2.5"x2.5", 3.25"x3.25" and 5"x5". It prints as two pieces, no supports and no assembly, in PLA - which is happy on an indoor sill, while a window that bakes in direct sun or a spot outside wants PETG. The last picture is a render of the printable model; the others are photographs of the printed pot.
$3.78Was $5.60
A dragon that prints in one piece with every plate of its body already jointed, so it coils and straightens straight off the bed - no supports, no assembly, and no loose parts. The spikes run the length of its back and read as armour when it is posed on a shelf. Three sizes: Small is 116 mm nose to tail, Medium is 140 mm and fits an A1 mini, and Large is 223 mm - the one that needs a full-size bed. The designer asks that anyone selling prints credit them and link the model page, which this listing does.

A snake printed in one piece with its body jointed along the whole of its length, so it coils and straightens as you play with it and holds whatever shape you leave it in. The scales run along its back and give it something to grip with. The designer prints it at 0.16 mm layers or finer at 100% scale, which is what keeps the joints free - print it coarser and it will come out stiff.
Design by Bash Studio 3D

Design by Morganja

A star that opens and closes as you spin it: a print-in-place kinetic fidget with no assembly and no supports, so it comes off the plate ready to twist. Spinning it expands the arms from a closed cone into an open fan and back, which is the part that keeps hands busy, and it looks good parked on a desk either way. Best in a silk or colour-changing filament, which is what the designer recommends.
Design by Big-D-SyneS

A 1:20 pallet, 50 by 55 mm, for an RC forklift or a shelf of scale freight. It prints with no supports and, at two walls with solid bottom layers, comes out solid through the body. A 1/64 scale GP60B diesel for the Dragon Railway: the body, the bogies and the small fittings, printed across five plates, about 191 g of plastic in the set. It is a layout model rather than a toy that survives a floor, and RamBros publishes an assembly manual and a video covering the parts it wants. Designed by RamBros and printed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0). Shown as a render of the printable model, not a photograph.

A bat whose wings are cut into linked segments, so they flex when it is handled and settle into a curve on a shelf - printed in one piece with every joint already free. 3.9" across the wingspan, about 7 g of plastic. An arrow holder that takes up to twelve arrows, for shafts up to 11/32 of an inch across. One arrow or a dozen loaded on the same side, it stays upright, and it needs no supports; the designer printed his on an A1 mini. It is not a frugal print - the designer says so himself - so it is priced by what it weighs rather than by the pose. A pinecone geocache: a hollow cone with a screw-on cap and a loop at the top for a string or a length of wire, so it can hang in a branch. It prints in two pieces and neither needs supports. For a cache that lives outdoors, PETG keeps its shape in a hot car or a sunny hedge better than PLA. Designed by Soalar, who remixed it from Izak02's Pine cone cache - both makers are credited on this page. Printed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0). A lid that presses onto an open drinks can and slides shut, keeping dust, wasps and debris out of a beer or a soda between sips. Two fits are on offer: the standard can, whose lid measures 1.4 by 1.9 inches, and a wider one at 1.5 by 2.4 inches for a fatter 16 oz rim. Each prints as a lid and its sliding cover, and the standard lid also comes in the designer's looser-fitting version for a can that runs tight. Designed by Tiger prints, who remixed EcoDad's Printables lid - both makers are credited on this page - and printed under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 (CC BY-SA 4.0). Shown as a render of the printable model, not a photograph.
