Terms of Service
1. Who we are
Roxium sells 3D-printed products and digital 3MF model files. Printed items are collected locally in The Orchard, Burlington, ON. You can reach us at hello@roxium.ca.
2. Orders
All prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD). When you place an order you choose to either pay online in advance or reserve printed items and pay in cash at pickup. Digital files are delivered instantly and must be paid online, so cash at pickup is available for printed items only. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, priced incorrectly, or if we cannot confirm the details. All sales are final: custom and made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, and every order is subject to our Refund Policy.
3. Pickup
Items are reserved for local pickup in The Orchard, Burlington. Cash orders are paid in person at collection; no tax is added. The exact pickup address is confirmed with your order once it is placed. You are responsible for collecting your order at the agreed time. Items are held at our discretion, and uncollected orders may be cancelled.
4. Digital downloads
Digital downloads (3MF files) are delivered instantly after payment, in the Personal Use or Commercial Use licence you choose. Digital purchases are non-refundable. A Personal Use Licence lets you print the model for yourself and your household, but not to sell what you print. A Commercial Use Licence lets you print the models and sell the objects you print from them. Under either licence you may not resell, redistribute, or share the files themselves.
5. Taxes
No tax is added to online or cash orders. Roxium is a small supplier under the $30,000 threshold and is not registered for HST, so the price shown is the price charged. If that ever changes, tax will be shown before you pay.
6. Refunds
Refund and return rules are described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. All sales are final except for the remedies that policy provides for defective items and corrupt files.
7. Liability
Products are provided as described. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roxium is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from the use of our products or files. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law in Canada.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
