How pickup works
- Place your order and choose pay online or reserve with cash at pickup.
- Once your order is confirmed, schedule a pickup time from your order page.
- Collect your items at the agreed time - pickup is in The Orchard, Burlington, ON.
Items are reserved for local pickup in The Orchard, Burlington. Cash orders are paid in person at collection; no tax is added.
The exact address is confirmed with your order, so it is only shared once an order is placed.
Your downloads
Digital downloads (3MF files) are delivered instantly after payment, in the Personal Use or Commercial Use licence you choose. Digital purchases are non-refundable. If you lose your download link, email us the order reference and we will help.
