Information we collect
When you place an order we collect your name and email address so we can prepare your items, confirm your order, and arrange pickup. Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never reach our servers.
How we use it
We use your details to fulfil orders, send order and download confirmations, arrange pickup, and meet tax and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We rely on trusted providers to run the store, including Stripe (payments) and Cloudflare (hosting and storage). Our order-confirmation email service also processes the email address needed to deliver your receipt.
Retention
We keep order records as long as needed for tax and business purposes. Digital download links expire automatically.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, subject to legal requirements. Contact us at hello@roxium.ca.
