A 2 mm PLA cake stencil, 6 x 4 inches, with Happy Birthday and three balloons cut right through. The lettering is a stencil face, so the middles of the a, p, B, R and D stay attached to the plaque instead of falling out. Lay it on a sheet of parchment over the cake, dust with cocoa or icing sugar, and lift it away. Four or more come at the bulk rate. The picture is a render of the printable model, not a photograph; real photos go up once the first one is printed.
A pill popper: drop a tablet in the cup, press the plunger and it crushes it under a lever instead of between two spoons. 4.2" long, printed in one piece, with a rounded base so it stands up. Shown as a render, not a photo.
