One little ghost, three sizes of it: Small is 35 mm tall, Medium 45 mm and Large 64 mm, so a shelf can gather a few rather than carry a loner. Each prints as a rounded little spectre with a friendly face and no supports. Every ghost is its own object on the plate, so no multi-colour printer is needed - print them in different colours and they arrive as a set. Candle holders that let the light out through the walls: a Voronoi web of gaps and ridges so the flame - a battery tealight, never a real one - glows through the whole shell rather than out of the top. The set is three holders, three diffusers and the base plate that carries them; print the holders in matte black and the diffusers in white, which is the pairing the designer built it around, and a single holder works just as well on its own. A keyring that opens without a metal split ring, printed as one piece with nothing to assemble. The flat band is broken once, and across that break the two ends lap through the ring's own thickness - the socket keeps the lower half, the near end the upper, with a quarter of a millimetre of air between them - so the finished ring reads as one band with a hairline in it rather than two pieces butted together. What holds it shut is the gate's own end, narrowed to a tongue: the band's inner and outer edges step down either side of it, and the tongue carries a rounded bump underneath that sits in a seat cut into the socket. Flex the ring apart and the bump rides up its own rounded side, which is a detent and not friction; let go and it drops back in. The tongue is relieved with a round hole at its root, because that is where it bends when you press it up to open the ring. Flex it, thread your keys on, squeeze it shut. A mini hockey stick for your keys, printed flat in one piece and shaped like the real thing: a shaft that tapers, a blade turned off it at the lie a real stick uses, a heel that rounds into the shaft and a toe that narrows and leans back. The name is cut into the blade along its length, where a stick carries its brand, and roxium.ca is cut along the shaft underneath - both personalized rather than raised, because a keychain gets rattled around in a pocket and raised lettering wears off first. Type the name you want while you are adding it to the cart and it is cut for you - up to 10 characters, +$5 a piece, charged on top of whatever the stick costs, the volume rate included. A personalized stick is cut to order, so it is paid online rather than reserved for cash at pickup. Leave the name blank and it comes with ROXIUM on the blade. Two bands that print as one piece: the finned outer ring's ridge sits in the inner band's groove, so it is locked on but free to spin, with no bearings and nothing to assemble. The groove is a BALL RACE - a circular channel, with the ridge as the same circle held 0.4 mm off it - so the surfaces the two parts face each other across are vertical, which is what lets it print in place and still turn. The ring is 27 mm across and stands 7 mm, and the fins are trapezoids: wide where they join the sleeve, narrow at the tip, so nothing on it is a blade waiting to be knocked. It comes in three sizes, 16.5 mm (US 6), 18.2 mm (US 8) and 19.8 mm (US 10) across the finger hole, all at the same price, and the download is a 3MF with a plate for each, so you can print whichever fits - or all three. Print it with a brim and z-hop switched on: a small ring has a small footprint, and z-hop keeps a moving nozzle clear of what is already printed. The STL on its own is the smallest of the three. A tall vase with a drop falling through its wall, and the tray that holds it: the designer made it for a single stem or a bundle of dried grass, and the tray catches whatever you drop in it, which is where the mindfulness comes in. Printed as two pieces - the vase and its holder - so you can use them together as an arrangement or keep the tray on a desk for rings, keys and incense. A phone stand with a woodgrain surface that all but disappears behind the phone, so what you see is the screen standing on the desk rather than the stand holding it. A deep groove with a lipped front edge takes a phone upright for video calls or on its side for standBy and night-clock mode, and it fits anything from a small handset up to a Pro Max. Printed in PLA at 0.2 mm layers, 15% infill, no supports. It is designed for a wood-fill filament, which gives it the grain it is named for, though any matte colour prints just as well.
