A stand for a pair of drumsticks: a flat 195 mm base and a cradle post that takes them by the shaft, so they stand upright on a riser or a shelf instead of rolling off the kit. 238 mm across as printed, in two parts, with the post sitting in its seat on the base. Designed by jakub.fousek97 and printed under Creative Commons Public Domain. Shown as a render of the printable model, not a photograph.

A dart-shaped glider printed as one piece: 24 cm nose to tail, 15.8 cm across the wings, 12 mm at its thickest, and about 7 g of plastic. It prints flat, so the whole plane lifts off the plate as one object with nothing to glue together - and being flat it takes a minute or two of plastic rather than a flight. A desk toy that looks like folded paper and will not crease, soak up a puddle or blow off a table. Designed by By_Menen and released into the public domain (CC0 1.0). The picture is a render of the printable model - real photographs of the print go up once the first one is made.

A record sleeve stands on a ledge under a patterned back panel, and the ledge carries NOW PLAYING across its face in relief, so the record on the shelf is announced rather than guessed at. 200 mm wide and 159 mm tall - wide enough for a 12 inch sleeve - printed in one piece with no supports under the sign. Designed by Kosmok and printed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0). Shown as a render of the printable model, not a photograph.

A strip that threads onto a guitar strap and holds a stack of picks, so a fresh one is within reach in the middle of a song: 100 mm long and 25 mm wide, printed in one piece. It sits on the strap rather than in a pocket, which is where picks go to be lost. Designed by willywidget and printed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0). Hide and seek, fifty times over: fifty numbered ducks, each with its own number cut into it, and a case to hide them in. Buy the fifty ducks on their own, or the case on its own - the case is 5.7" by 3.8" and holds the lot. Shown as a render, not a photo.

A jitterbug mechanism: a foldable polyhedron in print-in-place segments that flips inside out when you squeeze it. One is about 1.8" x 1.6", and printed as one piece there is nothing to assemble. Sold as one jitterbug - the plate in the picture prints four. Shown as a render of the printable model, not a photograph.

A dragon-scale egg that opens into two halves, one nested inside the other, with a printed shaker bead rattling in the middle: 47 mm across and 62 mm tall, an Easter egg that is a maraca as well as an ornament. The two halves print on one plate with the bead, and the file pauses at the colour change so the shell can come out in one colour and the dragon scale inside in another. Designed by ThrottleXdesign - a remix four links deep of the Original Dragon Egg by Studio YBL and tonyyoungblood - and printed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0). Shown as a render of the printable model, not a photograph.

A palm-sized egg shaker for small hands: 40 mm across and 57 mm tall, printed as one closed shell with the rattle sealed inside, so it shakes without anything coming loose that a toddler could get at. Take-away clickers: a burger, a box of fries and a drink cup, each printed as two halves that snap together over a switch, so the whole thing is the button. Pick the one you want - about 1.5" across - or four of any mix come at the bulk rate. Shown as a render, not a photo.

The Thinker, sitting on a plinth with his chin on his fist and a pair of glasses resting across his knee: 101 by 141 mm and 114 mm tall, printed in one piece as a desk glasses holder. The pose is what does the work - a pair sits in the crook of the arm and the knee, so it is always where it was put. A plain fidget spinner with no ornament on it at all: a body, three arms and a bearing seat in the middle. Five sizes come off the one plate, from a 1.6" one that fits in a pocket up to a 2.7" one, and the plate also carries the grips that go in the bearing seat. Pick the size you want - each is printed as one piece. Shown as a render, not a photo.

A modular glasses stand: a round 143 mm base with a spindle, a post that carries two long arms, and a cradle that stacks on the spindle, so two pairs or a shelf-full can be kept upright and out of the way. The arms take frames by the bridge and the base is heavy enough not to tip when one pair comes off. A pencil that bends: the barrel is printed as a chain of flexing segments, so it folds in your hand and springs straight again, and it still looks like a pencil with a point at one end. 4.8" long, printed in one piece. Shown as a render, not a photo.
Design by TinkerTogether

A cactus that clicks: the body snaps onto a keyboard switch, so the whole cactus is the button and the click comes from the switch inside it. A stackable glasses stand: a fin that the cradles slide onto, so the tower grows to whatever height the collection needs. The cradles come in three widths - 67, 77 and 87 mm - and each holds one pair nose-down by the bridge, which suits slim readers and deep sunglass frames alike. The plate prints a whole tower's worth of parts, 167 by 199 mm laid out as the designer arranges it. Designed by Badger Sound Forge and printed under Creative Commons Attribution-NoDerivatives 4.0 (CC BY-ND 4.0). Shown as a render of the printable model, not a photograph.

Christmas cone fidgets: a spiral cone that runs down through your fingers, and a Santa hat built the same way with its own spiral inside the brim. Pick the one you want - both print as a single piece and stand about 2.8" tall. Shown as a render, not a photo.
Design by Nerdherder

A textured clicker with a body and a set of button caps: the caps press into the body and click under a thumb, and the spare sizes in the set let you choose how stiff it feels. 2.6" long, printed in one go. Shown as a render, not a photo.
Design by ArmadilloFDM

An inner cone passes right through an outer one and neither of them comes apart - that is the whole trick, and it prints as a single piece. Roll it in your hands and the two bodies slide past each other, which is the part that keeps fingers busy. Printed in two colours the cones separate in the eye and the pass-through reads as impossible; printed in one it looks like a solid cone until it moves. The picture is a render of the printable model - real photographs of the print go up once the first one is made.
Design by What3d

A snake, printed flat as one piece: 9.8" from nose to tail, no supports anywhere, and off the plate in about an hour by its designer's own estimate. It prints lying on the plate, so the whole thing is one layer stack rather than a tower that can topple. Shown as a render, not a photo.

Halloween tokens that flip and slide: a disc in a frame that turns over in the hand and clicks through a stop, in five designs from a small 2.6" ghost to a wide 3.4" one. Pick the token you want - each prints in one piece with the disc already in its frame. Shown as a render, not a photo.

A 3x3 clicker pad: nine keys on one printed body, each on its own spring, so the whole thing clicks under a thumb like a tiny keyboard. 2.6" square, printed in one piece with nothing to assemble. Shown as a render, not a photo.
Design by Print3DFamilyFidgets
$1.34Was $1.99
Two bands that print as one piece: the finned outer ring's ridge sits in the inner band's groove, so it is locked on but free to spin, with no bearings and nothing to assemble. The groove is a BALL RACE - a circular channel, with the ridge as the same circle held 0.4 mm off it - so the surfaces the two parts face each other across are vertical, which is what lets it print in place and still turn. The ring is 27 mm across and stands 7 mm, and the fins are trapezoids: wide where they join the sleeve, narrow at the tip, so nothing on it is a blade waiting to be knocked. It comes in three sizes, 16.5 mm (US 6), 18.2 mm (US 8) and 19.8 mm (US 10) across the finger hole, all at the same price, and the download is a 3MF with a plate for each, so you can print whichever fits - or all three. Print it with a brim and z-hop switched on: a small ring has a small footprint, and z-hop keeps a moving nozzle clear of what is already printed. The STL on its own is the smallest of the three. The photo is a render of the printable model - real photos of the print go up once the first batch comes off the printer.

A phone stand with a woodgrain surface that all but disappears behind the phone, so what you see is the screen standing on the desk rather than the stand holding it. A deep groove with a lipped front edge takes a phone upright for video calls or on its side for standBy and night-clock mode, and it fits anything from a small handset up to a Pro Max. Printed in PLA at 0.2 mm layers, 15% infill, no supports. It is designed for a wood-fill filament, which gives it the grain it is named for, though any matte colour prints just as well. The picture is a render of the printable model - real photographs of the print go up once the first one is made.

An eight-legged octopus printed in one piece with its legs already articulated: no supports, no assembly, and it wriggles the moment it comes off the plate. Small enough for a desk or a pocket, and the designer's own profile runs it at 0.16 mm layers, two walls and 8% infill. It takes a two-colour silk filament especially well, which is how the designer's sample is printed. The picture is a render of the printable model - real photographs of the print go up once the first one is made.
