A zip tie you can undo: printed in place with the pawl already free, so it locks, releases and locks again. 5.6" long, about 1.5 g, and it replaces the one-use ties on a cable bundle. Shown as a render, not a photo.

A guide that keeps a garden hose off the flowers: the hose runs through the roller and the stake holds it where you want it, so dragging it round a corner stops flattening the bed. 4.7" tall, printed as a body and a stake. Shown as a render, not a photo.

A squeezer that slides up the tube as it empties: the roller presses the paste forward and the key at the end hooks over a rail so the tube hangs. 2.9" long, printed in one piece with the edges rounded so it does not catch on the shelf. Remixed by Weisnetde from two earlier squeezers, all under the same licence. Shown as a render, not a photo.

Three stick figures in fighting poses, each one holding your pencil where it would hold a weapon: an archer drawing a pencil like a bow, a spearman resting on a long one, and a sniper kneeling with one as a rifle. The archer takes short pencils of about 8 to 9 cm, the other two take ordinary 10 to 16 cm ones. Sold as the set of three. Six mushroom shelves, each printed with its wall mount built in - no bracket to add and nothing to glue, so a screw in the wall is the whole installation. The caps come in six shapes and sizes, so they can run up a wall beside a plant or dot about independently. Designed by Dr.D, who remixed Moiras_creations' Mushroom shelves - both makers are credited on this page - and printed under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 (CC BY-SA 4.0). A taiko drummer whose drum is the holder: the hollow drum takes cotton swabs, and the figure's hands hold one snapped in half as a pair of drumsticks. Four printed parts - base, figure, drum and the rack behind him - and the drumsticks take a touch of glue to stay put, as the designer's own notes say. Sold as the set. A rose for the top of a 40 oz Stanley cup lid: the bloom prints standing up on the topper, so a plain cup gets a flower on it with nothing to glue in place. It fits the 40 oz lid. Designed by speedster, who remixed Picture_it's blank Stanley lid topper - both makers are credited on this page and both licences are recorded beside the file. Printed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0); the topper it is built on is CC BY-SA 4.0, and the print is sold unaltered. Shown as a render of the printable model, not a photograph.

A blank topper that sits on a 40 oz Stanley cup lid, flat and smooth, so it is a base for whatever goes on top: the designer's own page explains how to add text to it in Bambu Studio, choosing the font and the size and then the colour of the topper and of the writing separately. A candy machine that turns a canning jar into a dispenser: a base that screws onto the jar's own lid ring, a knob and a printed pin, so no screw is needed anywhere. Two strands twisted around each other into a pen stand: a double helix about 22 cm tall on a 14 cm square base, printed in one piece with nothing to assemble. Pens drop into the gaps between the rungs and lean out along the twist, so a handful of them fan apart instead of clumping together in a cup - and the base is wide enough that a full stand does not tip. Empty, it is a desk ornament rather than a mug with pens in it, which is most of what a pen holder does all day. Printed in PLA at a 0.2 mm layer, about 34 g of plastic. A strip that threads onto a guitar strap and holds a stack of picks, so a fresh one is within reach in the middle of a song: 100 mm long and 25 mm wide, printed in one piece. A graduation cap and gown on a keyring: the mortarboard tilted over the gown, with a class year or a name across the front on the version the designer included for it. It hangs flat and reads clearly from a distance, which is what a keepsake for a graduate wants to do. Printed as one tag with the layered faces so the cap, the gown and the lettering each read separately. A modular glasses stand: a round 143 mm base with a spindle, a post that carries two long arms, and a cradle that stacks on the spindle, so two pairs or a shelf-full can be kept upright and out of the way. The arms take frames by the bridge and the base is heavy enough not to tip when one pair comes off. A stackable glasses stand: a fin that the cradles slide onto, so the tower grows to whatever height the collection needs. The cradles come in three widths - 67, 77 and 87 mm - and each holds one pair nose-down by the bridge, which suits slim readers and deep sunglass frames alike. The plate prints a whole tower's worth of parts, 167 by 199 mm laid out as the designer arranges it. A keyring that opens without a metal split ring, printed as one piece with nothing to assemble. The flat band is broken once, and across that break the two ends lap through the ring's own thickness - the socket keeps the lower half, the near end the upper, with a quarter of a millimetre of air between them - so the finished ring reads as one band with a hairline in it rather than two pieces butted together. What holds it shut is the gate's own end, narrowed to a tongue: the band's inner and outer edges step down either side of it, and the tongue carries a rounded bump underneath that sits in a seat cut into the socket. Flex the ring apart and the bump rides up its own rounded side, which is a detent and not friction; let go and it drops back in. The tongue is relieved with a round hole at its root, because that is where it bends when you press it up to open the ring. Flex it, thread your keys on, squeeze it shut. The picture is a render of the printable model - real photographs of the print go up once the first batch comes off the printer.
$1.34Was $1.99
A bag peg that works like a clothes peg: two arms on a printed pin, so the ends you squeeze and the jaws are on opposite sides of the pivot, and squeezing opens the jaws. A disc on the upper arm turns inside a socket on the lower one, printed in place with a quarter of a millimetre of air round it - press the peg open and you can feel the pin move. Behind it one strip sweeps round and back to the other arm as a scroll you can see through, and that scroll is the spring: it closes the jaws and it is what you feel working when you squeeze. The mouth is a square-wave channel cut through both jaws at once, so the two sets of teeth come from the same cut and interlock - every tooth of one jaw stands in the hollow of the other - and along the outside of each arm, where a thumb goes, a row of sawteeth bites into the silhouette so the peg does not slip in your hand. It prints flat as one piece, no supports, nothing to assemble. PLA holds fine; PETG survives the dishwasher and takes more flexing. The picture is a render of the printable model - real photographs of the print go up once the first one is made.

A mini hockey stick for your keys, printed flat in one piece and shaped like the real thing: a shaft that tapers, a blade turned off it at the lie a real stick uses, a heel that rounds into the shaft and a toe that narrows and leans back. The name is cut into the blade along its length, where a stick carries its brand, and roxium.ca is cut along the shaft underneath - both personalized rather than raised, because a keychain gets rattled around in a pocket and raised lettering wears off first. Type the name you want while you are adding it to the cart and it is cut for you - up to 10 characters, +$5 a piece, charged on top of whatever the stick costs, the volume rate included. A personalized stick is cut to order, so it is paid online rather than reserved for cash at pickup. Leave the name blank and it comes with ROXIUM on the blade. The picture is a render of the printable model - real photographs of the print go up once the first one is cut.
$1.34Was $1.99
Two bands that print as one piece: the finned outer ring's ridge sits in the inner band's groove, so it is locked on but free to spin, with no bearings and nothing to assemble. The groove is a BALL RACE - a circular channel, with the ridge as the same circle held 0.4 mm off it - so the surfaces the two parts face each other across are vertical, which is what lets it print in place and still turn. The ring is 27 mm across and stands 7 mm, and the fins are trapezoids: wide where they join the sleeve, narrow at the tip, so nothing on it is a blade waiting to be knocked. It comes in three sizes, 16.5 mm (US 6), 18.2 mm (US 8) and 19.8 mm (US 10) across the finger hole, all at the same price, and the download is a 3MF with a plate for each, so you can print whichever fits - or all three. Print it with a brim and z-hop switched on: a small ring has a small footprint, and z-hop keeps a moving nozzle clear of what is already printed. The STL on its own is the smallest of the three. The photo is a render of the printable model - real photos of the print go up once the first batch comes off the printer.

Wet gloves dry upside down on six tapered, vented posts, over a 4x10 inch floor vent. A glove's cuff slides over a post so warm air from the register goes up through the post and through the glove, drying the inside as well as the out - which is the part that stays wet. The tray is a colander: a lip catches a dribble of water, and a grid of drain holes lets the air up and the water down, and each post drains through its own cup. Bottles and cups fit the posts just as the old stand's did. Sized to sit inside a 4 by 10 inch register, printed in one piece with no supports and nothing to assemble. The photo is a render of the printable model - real photos of the print go up once the first batch comes off the printer.
