Two holders that keep takeaway lids upright and sorted instead of sliding about in a drawer - one for the small lids, one for the large. 6.8" and 4.8" tall, printed as a pair; the designer measured them for Tesco containers. Shown as a render, not a photo.

A taiko drummer whose drum is the holder: the hollow drum takes cotton swabs, and the figure's hands hold one snapped in half as a pair of drumsticks. Four printed parts - base, figure, drum and the rack behind him - and the drumsticks take a touch of glue to stay put, as the designer's own notes say. Sold as the set. A rose for the top of a 40 oz Stanley cup lid: the bloom prints standing up on the topper, so a plain cup gets a flower on it with nothing to glue in place. It fits the 40 oz lid. Designed by speedster, who remixed Picture_it's blank Stanley lid topper - both makers are credited on this page and both licences are recorded beside the file. Printed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0); the topper it is built on is CC BY-SA 4.0, and the print is sold unaltered. Shown as a render of the printable model, not a photograph.

Five draped ghosts, each with cut eyes and a mouth and each hollow underneath, so it sits over a battery LED tealight and glows from the inside with the light showing through the cutouts. They print as five separate pieces at slightly different sizes, so they can be scattered along a table, a shelf or a porch step - the set is all five. An LED tealight only, as the designer intends: a real flame would soften the plastic. Designed by kappern and printed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0). Shown as a render of the printable model, not a photograph.

A blank topper that sits on a 40 oz Stanley cup lid, flat and smooth, so it is a base for whatever goes on top: the designer's own page explains how to add text to it in Bambu Studio, choosing the font and the size and then the colour of the topper and of the writing separately. Sold blank, exactly as published. Designed by Picture_it and printed under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 (CC BY-SA 4.0). Shown as a render of the printable model, not a photograph.

A door corner for Halloween: a cat with a knife, cut to sit over the corner of a doorframe and be read from across the room. 7.9 by 7.8 inches and 5 mm thick, it prints flat in about an hour with no supports, and a 0.6 mm nozzle is an option the designer mentions for a chunkier line. Designed by H & R 3D and printed under Creative Commons Attribution-NoDerivatives 4.0 (CC BY-ND 4.0), unchanged as published. Shown as a render of the printable model, not a photograph.

A table number: the digit cut as one flat plate inside an ornate oval frame, standing in a round base. Pick the number you need - every digit from 0 to 9 - and it arrives as the frame and its base, ready to slot together. About 5 inches tall, so it reads from across a room without sitting between two guests. Designed by swirly1007, who made the set for their daughter's wedding, and printed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0). Shown as a render of the printable model, not a photograph.

A candy machine that turns a canning jar into a dispenser: a base that screws onto the jar's own lid ring, a knob and a printed pin, so no screw is needed anywhere. Fill the jar with sweets, fit the base, turn the knob and a few drop through. The designer also ships a stronger pin for silk PLA, and a second file for the narrower Hema store jar. Two bats for the corner of a door frame at Halloween: one running along the top of the frame and a second spreading over the join. The pieces snap together - a little glue if a joint is loose - and a strip of tape on the back holds it where a frame is not square, which the designer added because his was not and says it is optional. A round spider web in a ring, with every strand cut through so the web is open and a spider sits in the middle of it. Each is about 44 x 48 mm and 2.2 mm thick, with a loop at the top for a hook, and both webs print together as one piece. Shown as a render of the printable model, not a photograph.

A bag peg that works like a clothes peg: two arms on a printed pin, so the ends you squeeze and the jaws are on opposite sides of the pivot, and squeezing opens the jaws. A disc on the upper arm turns inside a socket on the lower one, printed in place with a quarter of a millimetre of air round it - press the peg open and you can feel the pin move. Behind it one strip sweeps round and back to the other arm as a scroll you can see through, and that scroll is the spring: it closes the jaws and it is what you feel working when you squeeze. The mouth is a square-wave channel cut through both jaws at once, so the two sets of teeth come from the same cut and interlock - every tooth of one jaw stands in the hollow of the other - and along the outside of each arm, where a thumb goes, a row of sawteeth bites into the silhouette so the peg does not slip in your hand. It prints flat as one piece, no supports, nothing to assemble. PLA holds fine; PETG survives the dishwasher and takes more flexing. The picture is a render of the printable model - real photographs of the print go up once the first one is made.

Wet gloves dry upside down on six tapered, vented posts, over a 4x10 inch floor vent. A glove's cuff slides over a post so warm air from the register goes up through the post and through the glove, drying the inside as well as the out - which is the part that stays wet. The tray is a colander: a lip catches a dribble of water, and a grid of drain holes lets the air up and the water down, and each post drains through its own cup. Bottles and cups fit the posts just as the old stand's did. Sized to sit inside a 4 by 10 inch register, printed in one piece with no supports and nothing to assemble. The photo is a render of the printable model - real photos of the print go up once the first batch comes off the printer.

A fold-over bag clip in one piece, with nothing to assemble: two slim bars on a round hinge, and a hook at the far end that shuts them. Roll the bag's neck over, slide it in side-on between the bars, and press the hook home - the knob at the end of the curl rides over the upper bar's tip and drops into the groove cut behind it, so the clip is held shut by the hook and not by the moulding. Flex the curl back off the tip and it opens again. The hinge is a disc with a hole through it, so the clip hangs on a keyring or a cup hook when it is not on a bag. It prints flat as a single piece with no supports, and PLA holds fine while PETG survives the dishwasher and takes more flexing. The picture is a render of the printable model - real photographs of the print go up once the first batch comes off the printer.

A 608 bearing that prints already assembled - the races, the balls and the cage all come off the plate as one piece, and it turns as soon as you break it free. 22 mm across, 7 mm thick, the size a fidget spinner or a skate wheel takes. Shown as a render, not a photo.
Design by Jerryie

A teepee that holds the spare rolls: two printed panels hinged into a tent, a base that keeps it square and three dowels that peg it together, with a roll inside. 6" across and 5.3" tall, printed in panels and assembled - the modular system, in the size that fits a small printer. Shown as a render, not a photo.

Shims for levelling a cabinet, packing a hinge or shimming a door frame. One plate is four shims - 42 x 89 mm, one each at 1 mm, 2 mm, 3 mm and 5 mm thick - so you pick the thickness that squares the job up instead of stacking paper. Shown as a render, not a photo.
