A flat-pack stand for holding earrings: a base plate, two uprights and a crossbar that slot into each other, with the uprights stepped so pairs hang at different heights instead of bunching. Assembled it is about 170 x 100 mm and stands 13 mm deep, big enough for a shelf or a dresser top. It prints as four flat pieces with no supports and comes to about 83 g of plastic. A practice mute for trombone, printed in three parts: the long tapered body that goes down into the bell, the flared cup that caps it, and the small collar that keeps the two together. 250 mm long and 193 mm across the cup, so it takes a full-size bell. The cup is what does the muting, so the horn can be played in an apartment without the neighbours learning the set list. A pick holder with four feet that stands on an amp or a desk: slanted slots take plectrums by the tip so they can be pulled out one at a time, and the block is 90 mm long, 28 mm wide and 12 mm tall. Two bands that print as one piece: the finned outer ring's ridge sits in the inner band's groove, so it is locked on but free to spin, with no bearings and nothing to assemble. The groove is a BALL RACE - a circular channel, with the ridge as the same circle held 0.4 mm off it - so the surfaces the two parts face each other across are vertical, which is what lets it print in place and still turn. The ring is 27 mm across and stands 7 mm, and the fins are trapezoids: wide where they join the sleeve, narrow at the tip, so nothing on it is a blade waiting to be knocked. It comes in three sizes, 16.5 mm (US 6), 18.2 mm (US 8) and 19.8 mm (US 10) across the finger hole, all at the same price, and the download is a 3MF with a plate for each, so you can print whichever fits - or all three. Print it with a brim and z-hop switched on: a small ring has a small footprint, and z-hop keeps a moving nozzle clear of what is already printed. The STL on its own is the smallest of the three. A bag peg that works like a clothes peg: two arms on a printed pin, so the ends you squeeze and the jaws are on opposite sides of the pivot, and squeezing opens the jaws. A disc on the upper arm turns inside a socket on the lower one, printed in place with a quarter of a millimetre of air round it - press the peg open and you can feel the pin move. Behind it one strip sweeps round and back to the other arm as a scroll you can see through, and that scroll is the spring: it closes the jaws and it is what you feel working when you squeeze. The mouth is a square-wave channel cut through both jaws at once, so the two sets of teeth come from the same cut and interlock - every tooth of one jaw stands in the hollow of the other - and along the outside of each arm, where a thumb goes, a row of sawteeth bites into the silhouette so the peg does not slip in your hand. It prints flat as one piece, no supports, nothing to assemble. PLA holds fine; PETG survives the dishwasher and takes more flexing.
