Wet gloves dry upside down on six tapered, vented posts, over a 4x10 inch floor vent. A glove's cuff slides over a post so warm air from the register goes up through the post and through the glove, drying the inside as well as the out - which is the part that stays wet. The tray is a colander: a lip catches a dribble of water, and a grid of drain holes lets the air up and the water down, and each post drains through its own cup. Bottles and cups fit the posts just as the old stand's did. Sized to sit inside a 4 by 10 inch register, printed in one piece with no supports and nothing to assemble. Two hollow halves that screw together on a printed thread, plus two rings that turn either half into a stand. Fill it, twist it shut, and it is a box that looks like an egg; empty, it is an egg you can open again next year. About 1.8 inches tall, 31 g for the halves and the rings. A hexagon of bee-sized channels that screws onto the mouth of a wide-mouth mason jar: fill the jar, turn the tray on, and the water sits in shallow cells a bee can drink from without drowning.
