A chibi skeleton: an oversized skull with two big round eye sockets, a little rib cage, and stubby arms and legs, standing on its own feet at about two inches tall. It is a desk figure rather than something to hang - small enough for a shelf edge or the corner of a monitor - and the chibi proportions are what keep it cute rather than spooky, which is why it reads as a skeleton from across a room without being a fright.
