A fidget spinner small enough to live in a pocket: one piece, no bearings, no axle to glue, printed in place so the two halves and their weights come off the plate ready to spin. It is a 15-minute print in the designer's own profile, which is why it makes a good giveaway or market-stock item. Printed in a silk filament the spinning face catches the light. A cactus that clicks: the body snaps onto a keyboard switch, so the whole cactus is the button and the click comes from the switch inside it. A snake, printed flat as one piece: 9.8" from nose to tail, no supports anywhere, and off the plate in about an hour by its designer's own estimate. It prints lying on the plate, so the whole thing is one layer stack rather than a tower that can topple. Shown as a render, not a photo.

A bag peg that works like a clothes peg: two arms on a printed pin, so the ends you squeeze and the jaws are on opposite sides of the pivot, and squeezing opens the jaws. A disc on the upper arm turns inside a socket on the lower one, printed in place with a quarter of a millimetre of air round it - press the peg open and you can feel the pin move. Behind it one strip sweeps round and back to the other arm as a scroll you can see through, and that scroll is the spring: it closes the jaws and it is what you feel working when you squeeze. The mouth is a square-wave channel cut through both jaws at once, so the two sets of teeth come from the same cut and interlock - every tooth of one jaw stands in the hollow of the other - and along the outside of each arm, where a thumb goes, a row of sawteeth bites into the silhouette so the peg does not slip in your hand. It prints flat as one piece, no supports, nothing to assemble. PLA holds fine; PETG survives the dishwasher and takes more flexing.
